Kind-of-a cute cat story for Shi

I was on the phone with my sister today, and she told me a cute story that I am passing on to you guys.
One of her clients is the secretary of at an elementary school. Last week she gets a call from the custodian who informed her that there was a stray cat hanging around by one of the mobile class rooms. We’ll call the secretary Sally. Sally asked him if the cat could fit under the Mobile unit. The custodian (Gus) told her that he thought that it could. So Sally asked him if the cat was male or female. She was afraid that the cat was a female and would crawl under the structure and have kittens
When Gus told her that he didn’t know, Sally asked him to bring the cat to the office so that they could call the correct authorities to pick it up. After a few minutes Gus called in and said that the cat was a very friendly cat, but did not want to be taken away from that area. Now she is afraid that the cat already has kittens. Since Gus could not tell if it was a male or female she would have to walk down there herself.
When Sally arrives at the structure the very friendly kitty walks right up to her just a meowing away.
Clearly the cat was trying to tell her something. Sally picks the cat up. Cat is precious and loveable. Sally starts to walk back to the office with the cat in her arms. After she takes two steps away from that building the cat goes bazurk and gets out of her arms.
Sally then steps back closer to the building and here comes that adorable cat still meowing. Just about that time a little student passes by and says "I know that cat. That is Jason’s cat". Sally asked the little girl if she knew where Jason lived. The little girl said "yes, and I know where he is right now. He is in that class room right there" and she points to the class room that they were standing in front of.
Sally then picks up the cat and walks inside the classroom. It was perfectly ok with the cat just as long as she did not walk away from that building. Jason yelled “That is my missing cat”. It turns out that the cat went out side one rainy night in Nov. and never came home.
The students before they entered their classroom were required to leave their back packs outside. It was Jason’s back pack sitting up against that building that the cat did not want to leave. When Jason’s mom was called, she came immediately to pick up their loved and very missed family pet. As she left the school with the cat in her arms the cat meowed the whole time. He was probably telling her of his adventure, and how he smelled Jason on that back pack. Who knows he may have sprayed it a time or two.

Hi Wings, that was an amazing story about the cat.... and yes, with cats and any other animals all you have to do is listen and watch their behavior and they will tell you what their needs are...Thank you for sharing the story....and was glad to hear the happy ending...
