It never ceases to amaze me how intelligent and unique crows and their kin are.
Check out these two videos of crows "talking".

Re: More talking crows!
The Crow's name is "Bird?"
Did I hear correctly? How original...
"Bird" sounded a little testy in the second video! Don't blame him...I'd be testy too if someone kept shoving a paper in my face and "badgering" me!
However, I DO agree that Crows are quite intelligent! Much more so than some humans!

Hi Shi,
I do agree with what you've said, I felt the same when I first watched that one video. All I can offer is this is the video description from YouTube:
These crows were raised by my mother who rescued them from both.
One had been shot by a kid with a pellet gun, the other was born with a
club foot and abandoned by its mother. They have been on the CBC
because they can talk. Here is their bizarre video
Hopefully, this is true information and that the person who rehabilitated the crow, was more kind and "thoughtful" than we might assume.

Re: More talking crows!
Brad, I loved both videos.
The second one, I didn't really get the impression that the bird was upset. Think it's just his voice quality. Also, got a kick out of the cat watching the bird video, plus the cute little mouse peering out of the hole. Too cute.
Thanks,
Linda

I agree with Shi and Brad. The repeated question and paper waving got on my nerves.
Crows were adorable though.

The incredible thing was for me that the crow would see the difference between the two papers and "read" them accordingly. Yes, the bird was more interesting than the man

I know that crows are very intelligent and inquisitive birds but I had no idea that they could talk!!
Thanks for sharing the videos!
