This guy has a lot of interesting videos on Youtube with his pigeons and some of you racing folks probably know or have heard of Dennis Weinreich. Anyway, thought this was a cute video that many of us can relate to. Wink

I LOVE the name: De Byter!! Yep, one tough pigeon!! Funny video!

However, I CAN relate...that's the way Woe acts when he is particularly "territorial!" Ole Woe can really Wing Fu and Beak Strike!! With that rapier (West of England) beak of his, he hurts!! I have marks on the back of my hands and forearms too! For such a pretty pij, he is a holy terror!

    Lol...

    Oh yeahhh...

I have one like that...'Blue'...who was a wayward, sick 'peeper' of about ten days old when brought to me...a very robust fellow...built WIDE and SOLID, like a Belgian Draft Horse.

Grew up splendidly...became independant and aloof and 'wild'...was released...long later, somehow ended up coming back in...has a mate...

He trots over and does the 'attack-the-hand-thing' if I have my Hand in his Territory (a long Table)...but, in his case, after a little bit, he gentles-up and is really only gentle-pecking then, which easily turns into 'kissing' and Beak 'Nuzzling' between my fingers...then, he pauses, thinks about it, and, goes back into 'ATTACK' mode...

    Lol...

Phil...that is hysterical! Woe isn't that bad...he is just plain all out biting from the word GO!

Your pij would be worse because, just when you thought it was safe...he attacks...again!! Talk about sneaky! I better not let Woe see this!

    Many thanks for the laughs
