In keeping with the topic of this video Jude has just come through to my room in fits of laughter to tell me that Junior decided 'walk' onto our treadmill. She has just been exercising and at the corner of her eye she noiced that Junior was about to walk onto it. Since it was on a speed of 6 (moderately fast) and not wanting to get tangled with the cat she hit stop and jumped off only to see a ball of tabby and white go flying off the end of the treadmill. 
He is absolutely fine of course but we don't think he will be doing that again. She does however want to introduce Sammy to the treadmill as she is overweight.

When you wake up and find one IN the loft scaring the crap outta your birds
I had that happen once last year.
It didnt kill or hurt any birds but they were terrified.
I think the cat was just trying to get out of a rainstorm we had that morning.
