If only everyone knew just what they were getting into BEFORE buying any large cage bird (or any bird really), maybe we'd see less of them abused and abandoned by their owners

Thanks for sharing this with us, Mary. It's definitely an eye opener and an EAR opener at the beginning. Even though the website instructs you to turn up your speakers full blast and then put your ears closer to the speakers, I wasn't about to do that. I knew what was coming! Large parrots are some of the most difficult birds to look after and it takes a special owner indeed.

I think this is one of the best websites to share with people who are considering acquiring one of these types of birds because it's really sobering. Thanks again for sharing.
