Even though one of the videos shows a black coloured squirrel, it's a colour variation of the eastern grey squirrel. The black squirrel seems a tad ratty and is apparently suffering from parasitic infestation. The scratching and poor fur quality seems to demonstrate parasites.

Grey squirrel - black/grey hybrid colouration taken on October 22, 2009. Look at it's nose area and you'll see how much blacker/darker it is. Notice the cat WAY in the background! My backyard backs onto a schoolyard.
