You can try some of these websites to locate the club secretary to find the owner or you can post the band number to the group and one of our members will try to trace the band.

OH and by the way, Jprice2005....if you do manage to locate the owner, just be careful. Not all owners are eager or want their lost pigeons back. They may say they do, but once home, might just destroy them. 
So if you do find the owner through those websites, ask a lot of questions before relinquishing the bird.
