I am not sure if I should post this here or in the genetics section but, I have a dilute tort PT and I would like to know what color to mate it to. Are they like almonds that should mated to kites for best results. This is my first experience with a tort so I don't know what to do. Any advice would be helpful

You could go with another Tort, a Kite, Recessive Red or even Almond

I am planing to mate him to an almond, but what would I get if I use a kite instead?

You could end up with Dark Torts, Kites and Recessive Reds occasionally.

and I'm guessing an almond would be the better choice?
