Confused Pigeon!

Hey
everyone, my Pigeon is about 6 months old. Treated as a pet, free roam
of the house etc. I am curious as to what sex he/she is. One minute he's
driving me i.e. pecking my hand, coeing, spinning in circles and
puffing up the next he's crouched down, butt raised in the air like
he/she wants to be mounted! I haz one confused little bird, please help.

Sounds like it's a male but still pretty young at 6 months..

Yeah we all treat him like a male, all the behaviour points to it apart from this "submissive" stance. He seems quitie frustrated. He is very young, he was a chick when he came to me. Rescue etc. Thanks for reading.
