ahhhhhhhh i am so excited! my first baby pigeons hatchede today! i am so happy! i would be very appreciated if people would help me spread my wings and raise my first chicks! so please keep me informed on what i should be doing! thanks!

had some fantail chicks born yesterday and today i got miy two originally for giving my homers something to come to when returning and 2 weeks after having them she lays eggs from what i read and what i have seen while spending time with my birds the parents are preety good depending on the type of pigeon i heard the cheap every day garden doves and other pigeons are far better at sitting and mothering than dearer fancy birds weather this is true i dont know. also was told and have seen they both share dutys with the young and i have seen them swapping and feeding both parents one goes out then the other feeds then swap over i just keep an eye on them every couple hours as and when and let them do there jobs fresh clean water and food and leave them preety much well alone for first week or two if what iv been told is true hope helps
